Booking and payment
Bookings require a confirmed appointment and any stated deposit. Payment is due as described in the estimate or at completion of the service. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply when notice is not provided within the stated lead time.
Service scope and customer responsibilities
Services include pre-clean condition checks, soft brushing, and optional deionized water rinses or streak-free rinses as specified in the estimate. You must provide safe access, disable roof or array-level power if requested, and secure pets and loose property before the scheduled visit.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
